You can download a free RSS reader from the web.
You want a reader that makes it quick and easy to download and to easily install the software. It must also be easy to start adding feeds.
If it is not quick and easy, move to another one.
It is also possible to read your favorite feeds through browser-based readers of which feedly is a widely used one.
